Project Details

The Bach Khoa Asia 1 Solar Power Plant project, with a capacity of 30MWp, is invested by Bach Khoa Asia Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company. Located in the semi-submerged area of ​​Dau Tieng Lake in Hamlet 5, Suoi Day Commune, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province, it commenced commercial operation on May 28, 2019.

The Bach Khoa Asia 1 Solar Power Plant includes: 90,900 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels from CanadianSolar with a capacity of 330Wp. It also features an 8 SUNGROW DC/AC inverter system using Central Inverter technology. The 22/110kV substation uses a TAIKAI transformer with a capacity of 40MVA.

The PESE O&M team took over operation and maintenance from May 15, 2024, ensuring continuous and stable plant operation in compliance with state regulations and procedures. PESE guarantees a plant availability factor (AF) of over 99%.
