Hoa Dong 2 Wind Power Plant

The Hoa Dong 2 Wind Power Plant, located within the shrimp farming regions of Hoa Dong Commune, Vinh Chau Town, Soc Trang Province, is invested in by Hoa Dong 2 Wind Power Co., Ltd. – a member of T&T Group.

As the O&M contractor for the 220kV substation, the operations team from PECC2 Energy Service and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) not only ensures the safe and reliable operation of the Hoa Dong 2 substation with a committed availability factor of over 99%, but also works in close coordination with the turbine contractor, Envision, in operational tasks and turbine troubleshooting.
