Project Details

The Hong Liem 3 solar power plant, located in Hong Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province, has a designed capacity of 50 MWp and commenced commercial operation in December 2020. The plant is expected to produce 85.228 million kWh of electricity annually for the national grid.

PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Company Limited (PESE) took over operation and maintenance from December 2023, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the plant in compliance with state regulations and procedures. The Power Management Unit (POM) guarantees the plant's availability factor (AF).
