The conference welcomed the Presidium and employee representatives from across the Company, achieving near-full attendance. A Chairing Committee and Secretariat were duly elected to oversee the proceedings, ensuring transparency, democracy, and efficiency throughout the event.

2025 Milestones – A Foundation for Sustainable Growth

The year 2025 marked a significant transformation for PESE, particularly following its formation through the merger of POM and PEME. Reports presented at the conference highlighted strong operational and business performance, including:

These achievements reflect not only operational excellence but also PESE’s agility in navigating a dynamic and evolving market landscape.

2026 Strategy – Focused Expansion and Breakthrough Growth

Entering 2026, PESE has clearly defined its strategic priorities:

  • Investing in industrial services, with a focus on testing and technical inspection, to progressively establish a strong position in maintenance and repair services

This strategy is designed to position PESE as a comprehensive energy engineering solutions provider with strong regional competitiveness.

The conference also encouraged employees to actively contribute initiatives and innovations to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Leadership Perspective

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vo Van Binh – Chairman and CEO of PESE emphasized:
