Project Details

The VSP Binh Thuan II Solar Power Plant is located in Vinh Son Village, Vinh Hao Commune, Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province. The facility has a design capacity of 33.1 MWp and officially commenced commercial operations (COD) in June 2019. The plant is projected to supply 48.95 million kWh annually to the National Grid.

PECC2 Energy Service and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) officially took over the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) duties in August 2023. PESE ensures continuous and stable operations in strict compliance with state regulations and technical procedures. Furthermore, PESE guarantees a plant Availability Factor (AF) of over 99%.
