In order to strengthen its organizational structure and implement its development strategy, PECC2 Energy Service and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) has officially appointed key personnel at its Mechanical Production Center:

A power plant may take several years to build, but its profitability is proven over decades of operation. After construction is completed and Commercial Operation Date (COD) is achieved, the most critical phase begins: Operation and Maintenance (O&M). This stage determines the plant’s performance, asset lifespan, and long-term financial returns.

On the morning of March 23, 2026, at the PECC2 headquarters, PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) successfully held its 1st Employee Delegates Conference 2026 in a formal, open, and forward-looking atmosphere. .

Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the early days of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse), PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) held its annual New Year kick-off gathering with the participation of the Board of Management and employees across the Company, officially launching the new working year with a spirit of unity, determination, and growth ambition.  

Amidst a booming energy sector and a regional push for interconnected power grids, PECC2 is taking its expertise abroad. As a premier Vietnamese firm in EPC and power consultancy, PECC2 is utilizing its O&M arm, PECC2OM, to capture growth in the renewable energy markets of Laos and the Philippines. This expansion marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to become a key regional player in international power plant operations.  

VIENTIANE, LAOS – July 29, 2025 – PECC2’s Operation and Maintenance Branch (POM) officially signed a contract with PowerChina (Lao) Sole Co., Ltd. to provide O&M services for the 500kV and 110kV substations at the Monsoon Wind Power Project.
